Women’s Only 5K Walk & Run

Congratulations to 2012 Women's Only 5K winner, Jennifer Hannen of Greensboro. Jennifer finished with a time of 19:28. The runner up was April Irwin of Greensboro with a time of 19:53. Yu Tsuchida took 3rd place with a time of 20:49.

Thank you too all the participants and volunteers that made the 20th Anniversary of the Women's Only 5K the most successful yet. We had 3,716 runners and walkers who combined brought in $118,711 for the Mammography Scholarship Fund. This will help provide free, life-saving mammograms and follow-up care for women who are uninsured or lack the financial means to pay for the screening.
